1. Who we are
istanbul Charrgill (trading as Istanbulchargrill) operates this website and prepares and sells the food you order through it. You can contact us:
- Address: 290 Mancheter Rd e, Little Hulton m38 9WQ
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: +441617039566
- Company number: 17453529
2. Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order, which we confirm by email and on the order tracking page. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, you are outside our delivery and collection area, or we cannot verify payment. In that case any amount you have paid for that order will be refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. The total you see at checkout, including any delivery fee or service charge, is the total you pay. You can pay online by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available), or in cash when your order is handed over, or at the restaurant. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
4. Getting your order
Delivery
Delivery times shown when you order are estimates and can vary with kitchen workload, weather and traffic. Any delivery fee and minimum order value for your address are shown before you pay. Please make sure your address, postcode and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for late or failed delivery caused by incorrect details, and re-delivery may not be possible for freshly prepared food.
Collection
Collection times shown when you order are estimates. Please bring your order number. Food not collected within a reasonable time of the ready time may deteriorate, and we cannot guarantee its quality afterwards.
5. Cancellations, changes and refunds
Because our food is freshly prepared and perishable, the usual 14-day "cooling-off" right for online purchases does not apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible on +441617039566. We will cancel and refund in full if preparation has not started, and we will always try to help even when it has.
None of this affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your order is wrong, incomplete or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a remedy: contact us and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund of the affected items.
6. Allergies and dietary requirements
Allergen information is available for every dish. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us before you order (call +441617039566) and note it on your order. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of a given allergen.
7. Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact us using the details above and we will do our best to resolve it promptly. This does not affect your right to pursue other remedies available to you as a consumer.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also rely on the consumer laws of, and bring proceedings in, the courts of the country you live in. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
